Privacy Policy
Loin, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Loin") has established this privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") as follows with regard to the handling of User information including personal information on a person or an entity registered as a user (hereinafter referred to as "Registered User") of websites provided by Loin on the Internet (hereinafter referred to as the "Services").
1. User information to be collected and how to collect
In the Policy, "User information" shall mean information relating to the identification of Registered User, history of actions in communication services, and other information generated or accumulated in connection with Registered User or Registered User terminals, which is collected by Loin based on the Policy.
User information collected by Loin in the Services is as follows, depending on how it is collected.

Information that Registered User may provide in order to use the Services or through the use of the Services is as follows:
・ Information on profiles such as name, date of birth, sex, and occupation
・ Contact information such as e-mail address, telephone number, and address

・ Identification information
・ Account description of the SNS that works with the Services
・ Information entered or transmitted by Registered User through input forms or other methods designated by Loin

Information that Loin gathers when Registered User uses the Services
Loin may gather information about the access status and usage of the Services. This includes the following information:
・ Referrer
・ IP address
・ Information about the server access log
・ Cookie, ADID, IDFA and other identifiers
2. Purpose of use
Specific purposes of use of User information related to the service provision of the Services are as follows.

To provide, maintain, protect and improve the Services such as acceptance of registration of the Services, identity verification, Registered User certification, recording of Registered User setting, provision of purchased works (including delivery, packing, arrangement of frame decoration and insurance), confirmation of settlement details, communication of important matters such as transaction status, and resolution of operational problems.

For trafficking measurement and behavior measurement to make a proposal regarding the Services to Registered User

3. Method of notification, publication, or obtaining consent, and method of request for discontinuation of use
Registered User may require to suspend the collection or the use of all or part of User information in the manner designated by Loin, in which event Loin shall promptly suspend its use as provided by Loin. In addition, depending on the items of User information, the collection or use of the information is the precondition for the provision of the Services, and therefore Loin shall suspend the collection or use only when Registered User withdraws from the Services in a manner designated by Loin. 4. Provision to third parties
Loin shall not provide any personal information of User information to any third party (including those outside Japan) without obtaining the prior consent of Registered User. Provided, however, that this does not apply to cases where any of the following requirements is required and the information is provided to a third party (including those outside Japan):

Cases where Loin entrusts the handling of personal information, in whole or in part, to the extent required to achieve the Purpose of Use

Cases where personal information is provided along with succession of business as a result of merger or other causes

When personal information is provided to the business partner or information collection module provider

Cases in which it is necessary to cooperate with a state organ, a local government, or an entrusted person in executing the affairs prescribed by laws and regulations and in which obtaining the consent of Registered User is likely to hinder the execution of said affairs

In addition, when permitted by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information Protection Law") and other laws and regulations
5. Disclosure of personal information

5.1.
Registered User can log in to the Services with its registered login ID and password, and check and correct the information of the Registered User registered at the time of membership registration.

5.2.
When Loin is requested by Registered User to disclose personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, it shall disclose the information to the Registered User without delay after confirming that the request is made by the Registered User itself (if such personal information does not exist, it will be notified to that effect). However, this does not apply to cases where Loin is not obliged to disclose due to the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations. Please be advised that a fee (1000 yen per case) is charged for the disclosure of personal information.
6. Correction and suspension of use, etc. of personal information

6.1.
In the event that Loin is requested by Registered User (1) to correct the contents of personal information pursuant to the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law on the grounds that the personal information is not true, and (2) to suspend the use of any personal information pursuant to the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law on the grounds that the personal information is handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use disclosed in advance or is collected by deception or other wrongful means, Loin shall conduct necessary investigations without delay after confirming that the request is made by the Registered User itself, and based on the results of such investigations, Loin shall correct the contents of or suspend the use of the personal information and notify Registered User to that effect. In addition, when deciding not to correct or suspend the use, Loin shall notify Registered User to that effect.

6.2.
When Loin is requested by Registered User to delete its personal information, if Loin deems it necessary to comply with the request, it shall delete the personal information after confirming that the request is made by the Registered User itself and notify Registered User to that effect.

6.3.
The provisions of 6.1 and 6.2 do not apply if Loin is not obliged to make corrections, etc. or suspend use, etc. pursuant to the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.

8. Procedures for changing the privacy policy
Loin changes the Policy as required. However, when making the Policy changes that legally require Registered User consent, the changed Policy shall apply only to Registered User who agree to the change in Loin prescribed manner. When changing the Policy, Loin shall inform the effective date and the contents of the changed Policy by posting it on Loin website or by other appropriate methods, or send a notice to Registered User.
※ Even if this Privacy Policy is translated into another language, the Japanese version shall prevail, and if there is any conflict between the different language versions, the Japanese version shall be followed.
